Rent, Deposits, and Refunds Rent is based on occupancy of two persons. Seaonal rent is due April 1st (with a 10 day grace period), after which a $5.00 per day late fee will be assessed. Deposit ($100.00) is due August 1st (with a 10 day grace period). If the deposit is not received by August 10th, your site cannot be guaranteed for the following season. A $5.00 per day late fee will be assessed if not paid on time. It is the policy of Apple Valley Travel Park that once the $100.00 deposit is made, there is NO REFUND. This is also the policy for yearly rentals.

Ammenities: Laundry, 2 Large Bathhouses, Recreation Room with pool table, TV, WIFI, videos, library, and misc. games. We have a large dining hall with a capacity for 75 people for functions which include Christmas in July, covered dish meals, BBQs and weekly Pokeno games.
Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash.. There is a large grassy area to walk your pets and it is mandatory to pick up after them. |
